Each one is made with care and attention.
In the class, three types of wagashi are made. The kinds made depend on the season.
The artisan holds an o-higashi-making demonstration for people to see.
Enjoy the freshly made o-higashi and namagashi along with matcha tea (hoji tea for students).
After the confectionery class, enjoy shopping in the premises.
