The first restaurant is "Koshu Hanten". It is said to be the original restaurant of Seabura Ramen. Its noodles are very thick, and soup is Niboshi fish broth with soy sauce. Since lots of Seabura (Pork back fat) are on it, you may think the taste must be thick. However, its broth and onions make the Ramen light taste! Noodles, broth and pork back fat are a great combination!
