Kihei Tofu Shouten is the store of handmade Tofu. Since established in the beginning of Meiji era, the store has been making Tofu for a hundred years! The authentic handmade Tofu using selected ingredients is totally different. You can try tasting the authentic Tofu here.
"Echigo Brewing Miso" is made with lots of time and effort using casks made more than 100 years ago. The casks are used to make Miso after brewing Sake and soy sauce. About 70 casks will be brewing the taste, culture and history of Echigo Miso Brewing. You can try the tasting of Miso here.
